Easy Home Brewing - Brewer's Best Holiday Ale
Here we brew a Brewer's Best Holiday Ale. This kit came with tuns of malt extract and grains. Looks like it's going to be a pretty big beer. I tasted a sample a week into the fermentation and it was very interesting, but not done yet. I will post the tasting video as a response to this video when it's done. |

Brewing a Brewer's Coop All-Malt Irish Stout With Joe
Here we're brewing up an all-malt stout kit from the Brewer's Coop in Warrenville, IL. Here are the ingredients: 6.6 lbs Light Malt Extract (liquid Breiss Pilsner) 1/3 lb US Crystal Malt (crushed) 1/3 lb Black Patent Malt (crushed) 1/3 lb Unmalted Roased Barley (crushed) 1 oz Chinook Hops (bittering) 1 oz Willamette Hops (finishing) 3/4 cup priming sugar (threw it in--what the hell!) Follow along with the video to see all the procedures I did while making this beer. This is a great example of just how easy it is to make beer at home with quality, delicious ingredients. I have no doubt this beer will be killer once it is finished aging. Cheers! |
